Many of you have probably heard of the Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Since this book has a lot of religious references, it's not appropriate for the workplace.
But he has modified that problem with his latest work, "The Five Languages of Appreciation." He uses the same principles found in his earlier work and applies them to workplace scenarios.

Five Languages of Appreciation
